HARMO CARBON from POTAR
A carbon capsule, p48 powered, microphone, in a compact “harmonica mic” format. These mics sounds gnarly, raspy, and exactly how you have read that carbon mics sounds. Kinda funky and gross. That is part of what makes these microphones so unique.
Capsules are sourced from NOS, 1950s military surplus. XLR connectors are Neutrik, capacitors are Nichicon Audio, resistors are metal film, body is printed in PETG plastic (so you can leave it in your car without it deforming or melting).
